2) Transcription & event detection (where enabled)
In enabled environments, AI Quality Monitor detects key workflow events and cues (e.g. consent, deposits, policy mentions, and workflow milestones) and aligns them to the relevant record for audit and follow‑through.
2a) Audio capture options (deployment‑led)
AI Quality Monitor supports two audio capture approaches, selected per practice environment:
- Plug‑in microphones (e.g. room or workstation microphones) for practices starting small or trialling coverage.
- CCTV‑based audio capture where microphones are already present within ceiling‑mounted camera systems.
Launch support: integration with UniFi Protect via supported APIs.
Roadmap: additional CCTV providers will be supported through the Early Adopters Programme, subject to hardware capabilities and available APIs.
This model allows practices to adopt AI Quality Monitor progressively, without mandating a single hardware approach.
3) Clinical quality & documentation support — embedded in the day list (review‑first)

AI Quality Monitor can surface decontamination exceptions and throughput signals, such as:
- cycle failures and repeat issues
- short/long cycles
- daily summaries and exception alerts
Outputs are designed to reduce manual audit burden and improve consistency.
