✅ How Licensing Actually Works (Important)

This is the clean mental model you can reuse everywhere.

1. CORE is not a “starter tier”

CORE already includes:

appointments

comms

dashboards

AI assistance

tablet + mobile workflows

A practice can genuinely run on CORE alone.

2. Suites are commercial groupings, not technical silos

Suites exist for:

pricing

packaging

scale (single site → group)

Technically:

modules interact freely via CORE

no duplicated data models

3. Enabling a ROADMAP module does four things

When a module is licensed:

✅ New UI surfaces appear (Web / Tablet / Mobile)

✅ New workflows activate (not placeholders)

✅ AI capabilities expand contextually

✅ Data collection & insight switches on

If a module is not licensed:

no empty menus

no dead toggles

no “upgrade nags” inside clinical flows

4. Apps are not licensed — features are

There is no separate pricing for:

Web Portal

Mobile App

Tablet App

They are delivery modes, and simply reflect:

“Which CORE + ROADMAP modules are enabled?”

This is a huge differentiator and worth calling out more explicitly in sales copy.
